Learn why you should jump on the social media band wagon. We will explore the latest trends and consumer behaviors, discover the social media platforms you should be using, learn how to use social media to connect with your market, colleagues, and clients, and hear real-life examples. Learn how to manage and measure your social media presence in platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIN, YouTube, Google+ and Pinterest.

In this session, you will define your goal and strategy for using social media. We will discuss personal versus business brands, core values, identity systems,
tone, positioning yourself as an expert, engagement, customer service, storytelling, and building a social community.

This session will explore ideas to grow your connections, create a pipeline of leads, and ultimately increase your sales through social media. Inbound marketing, business-to-business strategies, advertising, contests, and promotions will be discussed.

Session 4: Advanced Social Media Technology, Tips and Tricks
In this session you will learn how to efficiently provide quality content on a consistent basis. Understand engagement and influence scores and why they matter. We will conclude by exploring different social media management programs that can help you control content and provide meaningful analytics for you to evaluate your return on investment (ROI).
